The evolution of chicken products and the Cola Wars.

Kids today would not believe us, but when were were kids there were not chicken nuggets! Chicken McNugget's weren't released by McDonald's until 1984, so I were 9 years old at the time. Once they were released they were very popular and usually served with honey. We wonder what advances in "chicken processing technology" made these products so widely available so suddenly. Before this time if had chicken it was whole, legs, or the breast was on the bone. I don't remember any boneless chicken breasts although I'm sure they were around but probably just too expensive.
I often wonder what it's like to be a child born in the 90's- do they think this stuff was around forever?
Somehow this discussion with Chad turned to the Cola Wars---- the fact that there really was this big media war over Coke and Pepsi. If our civilization ends and its ancient ruins are discovered by explorers, will they really think that the Cola Wars were real?
